Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TEG Games’ mobile games and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
TEG Games ("we", "us") is an indie game studio based in Trabzon, Türkiye. Our Services include mobile games on iOS and Android and related websites/support channels.
You must follow the age requirements that apply in your country. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable store rules (Apple App Store / Google Play).
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software (bots, mods, hacks) that affects gameplay or fairness.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with servers, networks, or security features.
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities (harassment, hate, threats, etc.).
- Copy, distribute, or publicly perform our content unless explicitly allowed.
Some games may support accounts, cloud saves, or guest progress. We may store gameplay progress and settings to operate the Services. If you uninstall the app or change devices, progress may be lost unless the game supports account-based saving.
Our games may offer virtual items or currency (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or property. Purchases are processed by the app store platform (Apple/Google) and are subject to their terms.
- No ownership: you receive a limited license to use Virtual Items within the game, not ownership.
- No refunds: except where required by law or by the applicable app store policies.
- Changes: we may modify or discontinue Virtual Items as part of balancing and live ops.
Some games may display ads. Ad availability, frequency, and format may vary by region and device. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, but we aim to work with reputable partners.
If a game allows you to submit content (e.g., player names, messages, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights.
The Services, including all content, artwork, music, code, and trademarks are owned by TEG Games and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or brand assets without written permission.
We may update, patch, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time (for example: balancing, bug fixes, security, or business reasons). We do not guarantee the Services will always be available or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required for security/legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game(s).
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEG Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TEG Games from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
